I have lived at this property since March 2020 and have seen the true colors of this management team. While Kevin has always treated me with respect, the rest of the management is a different story. Benissa is a bully who is consistently rude and sarcastic. Katherine acts as her "puppy dog," following Benissa’s commands and carrying a smirk of sarcasm on her face as if these real-life health and safety issues are funny. When I escalated these issues, Amanda Flood (the boss) simply took up for the staff's unprofessional behavior instead of addressing the structural moisture issues in my unit. They even reached out to my forwarding address, showing they are more interested in tracking me than fixing the unit. I have reached out to the Area VP and the President multiple times. I had a great experience working with the leasing office, especially kevine. He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire rental process. He answered all my questions clearly, stayed on top of communication, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. Because of his help, renting my apartment was a great experience. Highly recommend!

I want to share my experience living here since 2023. I moved from out of state and immediately settled into this welcoming community. From my first conversation with Kevin, to completing my application, to moving in and my time as a resident, I have been well pleased with everything. When I first moved in, I did have an issue in the apartment (no fault of the office, it was due to the former resident). The office manager did everything she could do to assist me. I literally rarely have to call for maintenance, but when I do they take care of my needs and do everything they can to fix it. If it can’t be fixed, then they replace it. The maintenance guys are the best. They are all respectful and respectable. So helpful and keep their word! Everyone in the office is really just amazing. I f

I recently moved in on 11/3, and Kevine was the leasing agent who helped me—he was awesome from start to finish! I had viewed this property on my own a couple of months ago when there was no availability, but he kept my information and reached out as soon as a unit opened up. He provided all the necessary details for application process and originally told me a unit would be available in December, but he was able to secure one for me even sooner, which I really appreciated. He is also very quick to respond to emails or calls to respond to questions or needs. I love my apartment, and the area is quiet and well maintained. If you are looking for an affordable place to call home this complex is a great recommendation.
