Lennar at North Park Isle

So far things have been great working with Jennifer and the rest of the Lennar staff. My wife and I are really looking forward to calling this area home. Jennifer (sales consultant) and Karlene (loan officer) are both very responsive to any off the wall questions we have.

What a great new community being built. The amenities are lovely. The homes have modern touches and make loving the Florida lifestyle achievable. Suzett is awesome!

Elizabeth was great to work with. She answered all our questions and showed us several homes. She was always quick to answer calls and texts. She made great recommendations for other areas as well.

Horrible experience working with Lennar mortgage. The salesperson Jennifer, the processor Carolina, and Robin from the title company were the only ones who helped us. The entire mortgage process was a nightmare, sometimes it seemed like they didn't want us to buy the house. They asked for so many unnecessary things and didn’t try to help us in the slightest to make things work. You can buy a house from LENNAR just don’t work with their lender, we had a question on closing date and the loan officer David didn’t even answer the phone.

The plans for this neighborhood are promising. The service is wonderful. Ask for Joyela. She is so kind and sweet and she will answer all of your questions!
