Bella Vista on Park

Moved here in May of last year and Ana in the front office was very helpful and informative. I appreciate that when she didn’t know something, she sought out correct information for us. The maintenance team is actually amazing, even one of the new guys was super quick, nice, and mindful of privacy while working in our unit. They always get to our requests super fast! My only critique is sometimes I wonder of the amenity fee is worth it. Last I checked the vacuums at the car care center are out of service, the gate isn’t always functional, the gym is missing some equipment and I really wish the basketball court had lights. I do understand that everything is a work in progress though so overall, I love it here.

I have lived on this property for almost 2 years now and this place has always been beyond exceptional! Last night my AC went out, I put a work order in online and Miguel (the maintenance man) was at my unit at 9am ready to work. He was professional, kind and fixed all of the issues I had in my unit. Angel and Meagan in the office have always been extremely helpful, professional and kind. I have lived at several apartment complexes in the past and this is by far the best apartment complex I have resided at.

Lived here march 2024- march 2025 and the gates worked approx 2 of the 365 days we were here. The police and ambulance are constantly here at night. Our mailboxes were broken into and literally ripped off the hinges. Which could’ve been avoided had the gates worked ever. I know we were getting charged for the gates since it was a draw to the community. The front office people were practically useless. Getting them to respond back to correspondence was like pulling teeth. Too busy taking joy rides on the golf cart to rag on families who left trash cans out. The only pleasant part of our experience was maintenance. They put their all into getting our stuff back up and running and we truly appreciate that. Super nice guys.

I just moved in a few weeks ago and so far so good. This is the first time I’ve ever lived in an apartment.All my questions have been answered in a timely manner and the complex is very clean and calm. I love it here

We have lived here almost a year and this is the first apartment complex Ive ever lived in that takes pride in their community. From Management to Maintnance it’s nothing but friendly and professional. Property is kept clean and maintained. Jennifer
