Wood Winds Property Management

The absolute worst property management company in summit county. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. And if your HOA is using them, get on the board and find another company. No accountability, no follow-up. Just the worst. And Abbey who seems to be the boss, could be less pleasant to deal with. Following up, I've never screamed or cursed and yes, one time I was extremely angry with you, Abbey, due to your failure to do your job properly which cost us several thousand dollars, so, yes, I was pissed. If you could do your job, communicate and manage the property we wouldn't have had a problem. Don't blame the messenger. I would have liked to have spoken to your further, but then you stopped answering my calls or returning my emails, basically ghosting me like a teenager. Your

My family had Wood Winds as their HOA for many years. The lack of communication and customer service were awful. We even listed our condo one winter for short term rental with their services and barely had any rentals. We thankfully switched property management companies and we are fully booked. What a waste of time there. Unfortunately, we had to no choice up until recently to have Wood Winds for our HOA for outside of the building. Thank goodness they moved our HOA to another company. Absolutely the worse experience with Wood Winds. I would never recommend this company to anyone in Breckenridge. I don't know how they stay in business.

They will raise fees every year and the service just gets worse and worse. They will make excuses about lack of staff but keep taking money from the HOA. Or tell you it's not their job to manage the property. Don't let the fancy office on Main St. fool you, this company is bare bones when it comes to service. Edit: I am anonymous but this review is nonetheless very true. Woodwinds should be discounting fees. Edit: 7/7/24 It's been a busy holiday weekend and Columbine Pool management has been invisible. Loud music all day and no one to close the pool/hot tubs at night. It's time for Wood Winds to step aside and let a capable mgmt company take care of Columbine Pool. Or the owner/manager of Wood Winds needs to put in some real hours and take care of the pool themselves. Edit: 7/13/24

We stayed with Woodwinds for a few nights in January and the stay was great. The house was called Hart on Main and it was spectacular. It is situated right by the gondolas and all of the restaurants, not a long walk to anywhere. We had an amazing experience with the helpful staff and the grounds were shoveled for us every morning. The house has two fireplaces, amazing kitchen, and a covered garage which was perfect with the snow that weekend. Will absolutely stay with them again.

Have ruined the quality of the Columbine pool for over a year and still can’t get it figured out. Currently 2/4 hot tubs that are of decent temperature (could be hotter) at the busiest time of the winter. One tub is drained and one tub is full but hardly luke warm.
