Ryan was outstanding in handling our sale! He found a buyer in record time at a fair price. Then when a HOA issue delayed closing, Ryan took the reins to get the problem solved. He kept us constantly up-to-date and seemed personally concerned for our satisfaction with all details of the sale. He was pleasant and professional throughout, and we will count on him next time.

Wow! Where do I start. We were under contract w/ another home, but had some unplanned delays. Ryan help us through that home not working out and finding the home we really wanted. Ryan is amazing.
