I had the absolute pleasure of working with Sierra Morris and Sinjin McNicholl on the adventure of purchasing my first home in Silverthorne. My parents had previously worked with Sinjin on selling a condo in Breckenridge and I immediately knew I wanted to work with her when I was ready to purchase. We have used Kari Canfield to both purchase and sell our condo in Breckenridge. She had an incredible understanding of what we were looking for, in some cases she knew even better than we did! She is highly organized and responsive. We had a few unique challenges with the bike race in town during closing and she expertly worked through every challenge. If there is anyone that can get it done, it is Kari. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase or sell a primary or second home!

Steve Crozier at Coldwell Banker Real Estate has been very helpful and thorough with his value analysis and knowledge of properties in different Colorado mountain communities. Plus his knowledge of the nuances of Colorado real estate law made sure we had no surprises. We have been very happy working with Steve in buying a second home and investment properties before we move to Colorado to retire.

I have not personally had the pleasure of doing actual business with this group.. But you can tell a lot about a company by its employee actions out side of business. Scott Lindblom ( Broker Associate ) took time out of his work day to stop and help me get my car un stuck from a driveway I was berried in the other day. Going above and beyond when there is not a paycheck involved tells me that going above and beyond is their standard practice.
