my husband and I have been living here for almost coming up on a year and were from CA and we have loved and enjoyed every moment being here. Mr. Steven and Miss Katelyn are absolute incredible workers who are so professional and give that warm comforting southern hospitality. they are a pleasure to speak to everytime and they truly go above and beyond to get you moved in. my husband and I moved here March 2025 the exact same month we arrived here, we happened to stay at studio 6 and the owners there recommended for us to call wood springs because they loved living there so much and they've been here over 5 years. we called and applied March 9th of 2025 and by March 21st we moved into our beautiful 3 bedroom. we came from the ghetto in CA but have gotten a taste of what good quality apartm

Wood Springs is an internally well kept apartment complex, offering close access to essential stores and shopping centers. The staff is kind and always consider the well being of the residents. Steven and Katelyn display consistent effort and efficiency within the operations of the property. They both take the time to be sure that needs are met within a reasonable amount of time.

I’ve read the reviews before moving in and I was very skeptical at first, but Thank God my experience has been way more positive than the ones Ive seen posted. I moved to Wood Springs Apartments in July 2025, and as of January 2026 I’ve been living here for about six months. From the very beginning, Steve and Kate made my move-in process incredibly smooth—they truly helped me every step of the way in securing my apartment. Like most older buildings, there was some normal wear and tear upon move-in. I also experienced a significant gnat issue and a leaking toilet initially, but those issues were eventually resolved. I can honestly say that Steve and Kate are the best property managers I’ve had, and I’ve lived in quite a few places. The neighborhood feels fairly safe in my opinion. My onl

Steven and Kaitlyn are absolutely AMAZING. They have made this entire moving in process unreal. They helped me every step of the way, made sure I wasn’t confused. Told me exactly what I need to do. They are 2 of the kindest people I have ever met. We are moving out due to moving cities and they walked us through the entire leaving process. If you are looking for a nice homey place to stay PLEASE ask Steven and Kaitlyn at WoodSprings. I miss them everyday!! They had such a positive impact on my moving experience and can’t thank them enough.
