If I could give this place a negative star rating with this review I would. The manager/lady in the office is extremely rude and unprofessional. Last name Cooper I believe. Tried to view this place with my grandmother and the young lady was on a personal phone call on speaker phone at that. It took for the man on the phone call to say he'd call her back for her to get off the phone as she's asking my grandmother for personal information. This lady has a VERY nasty tone and attitude. She didn't want to answer basic questions about the apartment or qualifications to get in. We also came on several different days and no one was available. She claimed someone was here one of the days we visited but after further questioning, she said the lady who would've been there was at another location. So

Hi I am speaking on my experience with Mrs.Cooper, it has been Great, and rewarding .I spoke to her with a cheerful heart and respect. she gave me that same gratitude back . I am thankful to have met her ,she handles her business professionally ,and I find no fault with her attitude of professionalism

Lived here from 2020-2023. I understand how covid shifted the entire world and it's changes but after Ms. Vikki left this place went down. I loved everything about the apartment and the community besides a few blemishes. The cons living there, came too quick. The first floor is terribly built. Sealants and door trimmings misaligned which bring cracks of sunlight, spiders and frogs. The amenities were rarely open. I bought my own air filters because maintenance never replaced them. There was no light on the backside of the apartments near the fence directly across from interstate 95. No cameras unless you provided your own. Despite those blemishes, I loved those apartments, the one thing I just couldn't bare was the innocent life taken right behind my bedroom wall. The staff showed no empat

If I could give less I would. I had the pleasure of visiting my daughter for a few days and was very concerned about the up keep of the complex on interior and exterior of the property. I suggested that she call about the repairs that needed to be done and she didn’t even receive a call back to discuss her issues. To this date a month later she still has mold, peeling paint, broken appliances and faulty wiring. They are basically living in a death trap. Now for management. This young lady is rude to everyone that she encounters. She is very unhelpful and never answers the phone. If she would put more energy in getting the place up to code instead of trying to displace families, she might would be a half way decent manager. I did my all of my paperwork, took her the deposit just for her to lie and say I didn't get approve for the apartment because I had two evictions where I stayed at now (which I knew for a FACT was a lie). I did proceed to ask her can I see wherever she seen where it say I had an eviction, she SMILED and told me no that she couldn't show me( WHICH WAS A LIE). I went to my property manager and court house no evidence of eviction from neither one. I will be calling corporate and see whatever else I can do to report the lady in the office bc I feel like if you didn't want me to have the apartment she should have just said that instead of lying about me having an eviction on my background. She couldn't even show bc she didn't have proof. I don't even think she did a background or credit check t
