Wentworth Park Apartments

Today I stopped by the leasing office for clarification about an email to find Caroline willing to help me with her friendly and professional advocacy for Wentworth Park and its residents. I shared that I had a couple of maintenance issues as well, and she immediately put her words into action regarding my emergency issues. She provided an amazing solution for my washing machine concern. Caroline sent David to my apartment who was a mirror image of her, professional, proactive and friendly. She called me to check in after an hour to make sure everything was ok with me. My day and weekend turned out to be a very productive Saturday. Thank you, Caroline, for being proactive and caring and for sending David right on over. 2026 at Wentworth Park is looking great.

Living in this apartment has been a very pleasant experience. It is a beautiful, quiet place and transmits a lot of peace. I especially want to thank Miss Meghan for all her help, for her patience and for being so kind throughout the process. Excellent service and a place that I really recommend! 🌸

The time I had here was amazing and moving out here on my own was definitely scary. But the help! received from Meagan has been amazing. Not only is she kind but she really makes these apartments feel like home. She goes above and beyond for all of your needs and definitely makes these apartments worth living in. If you guys go please ask for Meagan she's wonderful.

I have never experienced a more frustrating apartment complex than Wentworth Park. This property has gone through multiple management changes, and unfortunately the current management has been extremely disappointing. The Assistant Director, Carol, and the Property Manager, Chelsi, come across as nice at first, but their actions have been very unprofessional and incompetent when it comes to addressing residents’ concerns. I have never been late on rent, yet I was charged a $50 trash fee when the valet trash service is extremely inconsistent and often fails to pick up trash. On top of that, after submitting rent payment, it was sent back claiming an NSF issue, which has never happened to me before. The office is almost never staffed, and the phone lines rarely work, making it nearly impo

We’ve had such a great experience with this apartment complex, and a huge part of that was thanks to Meghan. From start to finish, she made the entire process easy and enjoyable. She took the time to truly understand our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.
