I recently had my home built by Wolverton Homes and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, and the level of professionalism and craftsmanship displayed was second to none. One of the most impressive aspects was how they adhered to the timeline. Despite the challenges that can come with construction projects, Wolverton managed to keep everything on track. We’ve been in our new Wolverton home for eight months now, and we’re very satisfied. Prior to moving in, we requested a number of small improvements which were completed by move-in. We really appreciated the new homeowner orientation; the home has a number of thoughtful little touches that we weren’t aware of. Since moving in, Wolverton has been very responsive (within hours!) in correcting any small defects, such as a warped cabinet door and a detached bathroom mirror. They were also a big help with improvements like upgraded flooring and additional cabinets. The company motto is “Built with Integrity” and from our experience that is absolutely the case. Bravo, Wolverton!

I would like to thank Brad and everyone at Wolverton homes for all they did for us with the purchase of our new home. Brad went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and that the process went smoothly. Brad actually came out on the day we were going to arrive and shoveled snow off of our driveway. Wolverton Homes are quality built homes and is recommended by me. We love our new house and they spend a lot of attention on detail. Current owner : Not a quality builders at all , use cheap and low grade materials . Always hard to time sell those cheap paint , flooring etc . Couple of years use comes apart . Sample of answer from interested buyers We have had two showings and they love the house but then when they learn the builder is Wolverton it hasn’t went well after that” Not recommended at all .

Wolverton Homes was very accomodating when I was building with them. I think they are set apart from others by the quality of the staff in the office and of one field person in particular, their warranty guy. They have been responsive to my requests and concerns. My house is different from others in the neighborhood and I love it. Sometimes we encounter issues, that are with the vendor for specific products. But, that has not affected me as they also are helpful in alleviating and issues. Home building is not like 20 or 30 years ago and times change. Shop well.
