Jeff Woodman of Blue Wings Inspections did a wonderful job inspecting a single wide mobile home that I am considering purchasing. It is obvious in his report and summary that Mr.Woodman is very knowledgeable when it comes to inspecting homes. His report was thorough and precise and included pictures and descriptions of issues cited.Mr Woodman also communicated clearly and was well organized and completed the inspection in a timely manner. Blue Wing was able to fit me into the schedule much sooner than I had expected. Jeff was very informative on what the home inspection would cover and what I might want a specialist to look into as it would be too invasive (tearing things apart to get to the cause of the issue/s) for the fair price they charge. The inspection was very thorough and I recieved the report very quickly after it the inspection was completed.

Waited 2 months to do this. Wanted to see if anything noticed during inspection popped up. I am happy to say nothing has and items indicated were spot on. I would recommend Blue Wing Inspections to anyone.
