Nathan and the processing team do an exceptional job at taking care of their clients. I had the pleasure of taking my clients over to Nathan and he prioritized them by getting them pre qualified and pre approved shortly after/same day! He did a fantastic job at explaining his duties to them, advised them to hold out to lock in a VERY sharp interest rate and utilized all but a couple dollars of the builder/seller credit. There were no surprises and my clients were able to close on their new construction by Christmas Eve!
