I lived in 751 winding ln, harrisburg, pa,17111.My townhome landlord transfered management to wolf kline. They did good job when it came to maintenance. But when i recently left the townhome, they sent me over 2000 dollar bill for the cleaning and maintenance of townhome. I lived with my 3 year son and he made marks on walls which i understand needs painting.But charging more than 2k doesnt sound fair when nothing was broken in house. I promptly called maintenance when any repair is needed to make sure home is in good condition. They already have my 1750 dollar deposit and they want me to pay extra around 278 dollar on top of my deposit. I was expecting to get return of around atleast 400 dollars. I had a problem with my freezer making a loud popping noise. I sent a maintenance request to Wolf and Kline property Management regarding the problem. They responded quickly to my request and sent a repair man to check the problem. The repair man was extremely polite and explained the problem and was able to repair the appliance. My lease is being terminated for no reason. Live here for 2.5 years. All a sudden I get a note placed on my door saying I got 2 month left. I called and asked why? There response was "either party can terminate the lease giving the other party 60 days". Then I asked again "but why" and they said "we don't have to disclose why". So after 2.5 years of me paying rent on time (they raised rent twice on that time as well), they just kick me out and my 3 kids? For what reason? Just because. Never trust these people. Con artist.
