We highly recommend Pine Hill! We worked with the team to design and build our custom home. We had a lot of customizations, detailed requests and requirements, and they brought our vision to life in a beautiful home. The process itself was seamless, and the build took almost exactly 6 months. The construction is impeccable, high-quality work, and we are thrilled with the completed project. You truly could not ask for more in a builder and team of people. The entire team is fantastic to work with; you will be in great hands with PHB.

Can't recommend Pine Hill enough! We purchased a home that was already being built so we did not experience the building process from scratch, but we were still able to customize some items even though we came in towards the end. They were wonderful to work with and understanding of our location out-of-state until closing. The construction is high quality and the finishes are top notch. This is our third new construction home (out of six total homes we have owned) and by far the best. Most of all they are wonderful people that are very conscientious and responsive even after the sale is finalized.
