Good Homes & Additions finished our basement for us and we could not be more pleased with how it turned out! We are extremely thankful and would recommend them to anyone. The members of their team were incredibly professional, kind, and hard working. We had a newborn close to the end of construction, and they were very considerate to check in before a lot of noise etc. Our little one loves napping next to the fire and our toddler loves the space to run and play. We are very thankful for everything. If you need work done on your home, you will be in good hands with this company.

We met Perry Good at a home builders show a few years ago as we were just beginning the planning stages. Perry and his crew of employees and contractors are now building our dream home. The design is not a typical Lancaster County colonial. This design is mid-mod and they are executing it just as our vision was planned. Communication has been excellent as well as quality of construction and the professional and courteous demeanor of all the workers on site. A post construction review will happen when the homes are completed. Thank you Perry for your professionalism!

This company is top notch. We had them do our kitchen remodel and it happened to end up in the middle of Covid when everything was shut down. They called me to make sure I could have a stove and a workable area to survive in an empty shell of a kitchen. Integrity is an appropriate word to describe their business. We are completely thrilled with the result and I recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.
