Kelsey was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was beautiful—clean, with new appliances and cabinets, and great natural lighting. Everything felt move-in ready. I’m super happy with my new place and really appreciate how professional and responsive the team was. Lexy has been a wonderful addition to the Wishtan team and has been available to answer any questions and concerns I have. I’ve lived in a wishtan property for several years and if there is ever an issue it is acknowledged and addressed quickly. Rent payments can be easily made and there are several easy options that do not incur fees, monthly rent reporting to credit bureaus is also a lovely “free” boost to my credit score, and they continually look for areas they can improve for residents. I would suggest Wishtan over other property management services in Macomb due to their reliability and responsiveness.

First, Lexy is an amazing person to work with. She went above and beyond for me every step of the way. Everything is broken down from utilities to the rent. There are so many options to choose from and that's saying a lot since I had been struggling to find a place on several apps and platforms. They have an app that breaks down your monthly payments each month. After payments are made it automatically keeps a receipt next to the payment amounts each month. Very convenient. I’ve been working with Wishtan for a couple of leases now, and they’ve been great to me so far! Kelsey has been the specific person working with me, and I only have good things to say about her. One of my favorite things about Wishtan is that they have options for people ranging from studios to houses, so no matter how many people you have in your family, Wishtan will have something for you. I’ll be sticking with Wishtan for the foreseeable future. P.S., they have pet-friendly options too!
