She helped us to choose a mortgage that accommodated our needs while setting us up for financial success and security, and she ably guided us through the process of assembling all the documentation we needed for it. She kept us informed and comfortable throughout the entire process, and on closing day she took the time to explain what we were signing and why. Every step leading to us owning our first home was easier because of Tenille’s expertise and open communication.

I loved that everything initially was done online and I didn't even have to go into an office. This was so convenient! I was approved for a loan amount that made me feel secure in my search for a home. That allowed me to find our perfect match! On Closing day I was able to sign a lot of documents beforehand and that saved a lot of time at Closing. Closing took less than an hour and was super painless! Tenille was so friendly and responsive throughout the whole process and made me feel very comfortable buying a home through Cross Country Mortgage. I highly recommend! 10 out of 10!
