Any time I have needed assistance or had a maintenance concern, they have responded promptly and made sure the problem was resolved efficiently, which provides a lot of peace of mind as a tenant. They are also very respectful of residents’ privacy and allow you to enjoy your home without feeling bothered or micromanaged. They were extremely accommodating when we moved from out of state. With all the stress that comes with moving, they went above and beyond to help make it easier for us. We have been here almost 4 years now and don’t have anything bad to say about the people who work for A&B nor do I have issues with my neighbors. They replaced our washer and dryer no issue. They repaired a leak and made sure we had no damages. The repairs didn’t take long and the guys that work on stuff are also super chill and easy to work with. I give them a 5

I love A&B properties! Friendly staff and always willing to work with you. I pride myself in having rent paid on time and in full but there was a time where I was struggling financially and was really late on rent. I told them my situation and when I did give them the rent in full they waved the overdue fees! I didn’t expect them to be so kind to me but they were very understanding and helpful! The maintenance crew is helpful and timely as well as the pest control staff! 5 years with A&B properties and I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this company. Great place to live. The apartments are well maintained, quiet, and comfortable, and the property is kept clean. Management is responsive and easy to work with, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is convenient and feels safe. Overall, a solid place to call home. Highly recommend.
