Winwood Apartments

I love living here, the best amenities & the nicest people that help make this a beautiful community, especially Aralis… she helped me print off some documents that were important and really took her time to make me feel special. It was a hard task for me, but she made it so easy and I want to thank the Winwood team for everything that they do to make our living situation, enjoyable to the pool and dog park and the grounds are always well kept. I’ve lived here a long time and I don’t see myself yet ever leaving. !!! Thank you @winwood

Winwood Apartment Homes are so great! Staff are so wonderful they are there for there residents. We have been there 15 years and been in many different styles of Homes. They have been wonderful to us letting us transfer. We found are wonderful home comfortable home! With out the staff we would have not found are forever home. Plus a resort pool which is taken care of to the top maintenance staff. In the need of maintenance staff they are there! We love Winwood apartments 🏡 Homes!

We have lived in our Winwood Apartment for 8 years. During that time, our apartment was beautifully remodeled (incl all new appliances), the grounds, garages and utilities have been very well maintained and the lease terms have only gone up modestly. The management team has been attentive and responsive to our needs. For example - when we needed to have our kitchen garbage disposal replaced, our technician got it done on the same day that we put in the request(!). We are very happy here - with our apartment, our neighbors and with R & R Realty.

Winwood Apts has been the best complex I have ever rented from. The maintenance and grounds keeping crews are top notch! I am extremely amazed at how fast they respond to unit concerns and snow removal. The office staff is exceptional and always friendly! I would recommend very highly to anyone inquiring about renting here!!

I love Winwood! It is a well maintained place to live. Maintenance is right on top of any repairs needed. Grounds are kept very clean and groomed. Clubhouse is always fun. It is a safe place to live. I am proud to call it home!
