Residences at 62W

I love my apartment. Since I moved in I have been adding my Nancy Meyers vibe. We have quick access to grocery stores, banks, post office and the library. I particularly love the laundry room and desk area. I'm there every day with my computer and a cup of coffee. With the building's security, I feel safe. Management in the office and maintenance are always great. Residences at 62W is a wonderful place to live. Check it out!

We have loved living at 62 west; it’s an amazing diverse community & the building is in the perfect area of Johnston making many things and events easy to access with a quick walk. I am also pleasantly surprised to how quiet the building is; there is so much life here but once you are in your apartment it you forget you share a wall with another family. They really allow you to make your apartment your home.

Living here at Residence 62w has been great everyone is nice and there are so many different activities that are done for the entertainment of everyone, the staff is always on time when u need help. Everything so far for me and my grandma has been great during our transition from des moines to johnston and we thank 62w (residence and staff) the most for that!

I lived here for almost 3 years. Property is clean, amenities are nice. The units are well insulated from sound from neighboring units, the only noise I've heard is from people directly outside of my door or outside in the courtyard. I'm moving because my partner and I need more space, otherwise, I would have no issue continuing to live at the property.

I lived at 62W for a couple of years and really appreciated the generally quiet, clean environment with respectful neighbors. Kelley and Ruth from the leasing office truly care about their tenants, and the maintenance team is timely and professional. My guests would often say the design feels like an upscale hotel. R&R Realty both owns and manages the property, so they take great pride in maintaining it. The saltwater pool well kept and is family-friendly without being overcrowded, the heated indoor parking is very convenient, and amenities like the fitness center, yoga room, secured bike storage and community room (with free coffee) are great perks too. My only suggestion is to inquire if they've had any noise complaints from the unit above. Sound insulation is generally better than mo
