White Oak Apartments

I felt so at home since moving to White Oak almost 3 months ago! Everything was pretty clean and in good shape when we moved in and it's a nice quiet environment. In July our AC wasn't working right before a really hot weekend and we put in a work order and that same day someone came in and helped fix the issue so we can have our cool air again which was amazing! I'm pretty happy so far with this place and looking forward for what the rest of the year has to offer!

I live here it's very nice place to live. I really like my apartment. Benefits you have school near by your apartment, stores and many more. They also provide gym facility but they don’t have any swimming pool in society that’s only a disadvantage of White Oaks Apartments.Otherwise everything is excellent.Highly recommended.

Decent apartment. Decent complex. However, contacting management can be very difficult and do not be surprised if you don't hear back from a property manager about inquiries. Must be self-sufficient. Update: It took talking to nearly 5 different staff members across different locations to figure out how to get us moved out. We were given conflicting/incorrect information several times until finally someone was able to assist us. We were feeling good about the "solution" until this week. We were told that we had two rent payments left and then we wouldn't have to work together ever again. However, when I logged into the system to pay that second rent payment, there was no charge. It's taken over a week to resolve that and in the meantime of it being resolved, my account was deleted from th

Overall it has been a good experience living at White Oak for the past 1.5 years. I will miss living here once our lease gets up! Pros: The apartments are really nice, little gym to workout in, the people who live here are nice and have never had an issue with any packages being stolen, it's a safe neighborhood and great area with lots of walking trails and things to do so I've loved living here. Cons: There have been a lot of management changes, especially with property managers which has been a bit frustrating at times. But the newest property manager Ben has been amazing so far, I wish he would've been here the whole time we lived here and hope he stays for a long time to help other residents! Toured White Oak today- one of many apartments I have seen. Out of all the others in Johnston I have looked at, this one stands out as the best. Joe was so professional and kind, and spoke to me like I was a friend and not someone to sell an apartment to. That, along with the cleanliness of the community, nice location, and gorgeous apartments- sold me and I’m excited to call this place a home! Although there is not a pool, it is extremely close to two lakes with beaches that are a great alternative.
