Winston Oaks Apartment Condominiums

My wife and I moved to the area about three years ago from the east coast due to a job transfer. We searched the area until we found this complex and decided it was the right place for us based upon the reviews written here. We lived in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit during our tenancy. Overall, our experience living here has been great. The apartments are quite large and the grounds are nicely maintained by staff. Ben, the landlord of Winston Oaks, is easy going and open to communication. Anytime we have any problems, questions, or concerns, he is able to get back to me right away and have it taken care of. I have lived at Winston Oaks for over two years. The units are spacious and well maintained. The cost per square foot is very reasonable. Large living and dining areas, updated kitchen with granite and breakfast bar. Management is quick to respond to issues, and the Maintenance Man does a great job. I like it that this is a small community so there aren’t moving trucks in the parking lot every weekend. The parking lot is well lit, and security cameras are used. Overall great choice. Joanne D.

Residing at Winston Oaks was by far the best “rental” experience I have had. My son and I absolutely loved living here. The living space is large, comfortable, and quiet. The location is perfect, close to the expressway, shopping, eateries, everything! Ben Bartolini, the owner is top-notch. He is kind, attentive, and very responsive. Joe, who addresses all maintenance inquiries is one the friendliest, most knowledgeable guys you could ever meet. All concerns are handled quickly and to perfection. And he keeps the grounds beautifully maintained. We could not have asked for more during our time living here.

The management and and maintenance staff of Winston Oaks is far superior to most apartments and condos. The Landlord is very responsive and involved in the upkeep and quality of the residents who live in the complex. The residents are helpful and look out for one another and the safety of everyone. The complex has a mix of families and roommates as well as ages and races which makes the environment welcoming. The condo space itself is well cared for and extremely spacious. Living in them 2bd 2ba unit was great for our family of 2 adults and 2 children and cat. The storage space and remodeled kitchen made them unit extremely desirable which we would have stayed in the complex if we did not have another little one on the way. My partner and I lived at Winston Oaks in 2006, but then moved from the area. When we returned in 2016, we knew that if there was an apartment that we wanted to return. We lived on the 2nd floor of an 8 family building. Our neighbors were very quiet the owner and maintenance staff were outstanding. The community is a bit older but very well maintained. The owner takes pride in his property and it shows. The common areas are always clean, the on site laundry was great.
