Riverstone Apartments

My experience with Riverstone in Bolingbrook was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the very beginning, they were not clear about the requirements or the approval process. The information provided was vague and poorly explained, which created unnecessary confusion. The most upsetting part is that after collecting the application fee, they simply denied the application without giving any clear or specific reason. When I asked for clarification, the only response I received was “I told you,” which is absolutely not true. At no point were the supposed issues or missing requirements clearly explained beforehand. Working with Jay for my renewal is always the easiest she makes it so simple for me asking all the proper questions that best suites me a tenant. Jay is so welcoming she always has a positive attitude and smiling! Making you feel very welcomed! Thank you Jay its always a pleasure working with you!

Stay far away from here. Literally spent way too much time here and cannot wait to get out of here. If you love living where folks leave their garbage in the halls, trash everywhere except in the garbage cans, their model is nothing like the apartment you will get. Oh also if you love the pot smoke from neighboring apartments find its way into your apartment, used condoms in the hallways, floor drains in the one laundry room for a whole roll of apartments to use make sure you get your waders out because you’ll need them due to the backup that comes from it. Make sure you don’t live right across from the laundry room because of the mold problem that was caused from a leak into the walls and then getting into the floor from the laundry room. I had the great experience of working with ms Jaquela Paul. She was wonderful, helped me all the way with my application, made sure all my questions were answered on my tour, and whenever I have a problem she makes sure maintenance is there the same day to fix whatever is broken. She is the best in the office. I’m happy to say I had the chance to work with her for my new apartment.

Roaches everywhere. Called a multiple time and they would say they will schedule maintenance to go and never went. Called about 5 times and never got them to go to my apartment. Parking lot supposed to be one sticker per studio/one bedroom never wanted to give me mine sticker saying my car had to be under my name, so if you young and your parentes give you a car and is not under your name you can’t go there if not would have to park out side or if you separating and your spouse name appears on your car title forget about it. Anyways don’t go there, trash everywhere all the time, aisle dirty, apartment infested by roaches 🪳
