Winridge Apartments

The best people work here! I lived at Winridge for 4 years and Linda, who helped me sign my first lease, always remembered me. Any time I went into the office, everyone was so kind and helpful. My favorite thing about my apartment was that the balcony was converted into a sunroom - it's a perfect little hangout space. My cat loved to sleep in the sun and look out the windows in there. They also have nice community features like an enclosed grill area and a really cool event/hangout space above the leasing office. Definitely a great place to live!

Have lived in several apartments.. This management keeps the property clean and maintained. The walls are thick, the apartment is spacious. Neighbors are pretty quiet & pet friendly. Maintenance for the most part are pretty quick, knowledgeable and friendly. We have lived here for 4 years.. Special shout out to Joy in the leasing office, she is always so friendly, and available to help and make life a little easier 😀

Formal Complaint and Review of Winridge Apartment and Townhomes I am writing this review to formally document my negative experience as a long-term resident of Winridge Apartment and Townhomes, where I lived in a townhome unit for over eight years. Unfortunately, my time at this complex ended due to serious concerns about the behavior and practices of the current on-site manager. My experience included the following issues: 1. Abuse of Parking Privileges: The manager owns three personal vehicles and regularly parked them in resident-designated parking spots, including spots assigned to my unit. Despite residents paying for permits, she took advantage of her position to reserve multiple spaces for herself. This made it difficult for us to find parking and was a direct reason why we chose t

I lived in the townhomes at winridge for three years, and it was a great experience. The community felt safe and well-maintained. I had no significant issues during my time here, and any minor concerns were quickly addressed. The leasing office employees were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to live.

I've been living here for almost 3 yrs now, and I love it here. Ever since it's been under new management, it's great. The women in the office are wonderful and friendly. They're always helpful when we need help with something. It's quiet, and I feel safe here.
