I helped hills of Paxton for bedbugs not only did they ha ve the elderly Mrs.Walsh waiting with bedbugs ,the bounced the check and delayed a elderly and her children from there mom living in Hills of Paxton ,ma .I would not want my mom living there .I.had to cancel a appointment because the balance iw only around 450.00 .Janet i don't know what she does but I called her 10 times and emailed her alot no email back . Office corporate manager is still a bully. She wouldn't even open the door for the ambulance. The office manager was not in and a lady came from out of state to sign her lease and start moving in The corporate manager would not let her sign the lease or let her move in for over a month. The lady ended up living in her car Nothing is confidential . The other office manager blabs her mouth about other tenants issues and or problems. Still can't open and close windows. Wingate Properties is almost impossible to get on the phone. Voice mails, even voice mails marked urgent are routinely ignored and never returned. If you're unfortunate enough to need to speak to someone about an issue, good luck! You might just die waiting for a response! I've been trying to find a resolution to an ongoing problem for the past 11 months and I'm still getting the runaround by the senior property manager and the assistant property manager. One day I'll think it's finally going to be addressed just to find out two days later that legal doesn't have enough information to move forward. I think they're running a big scam!
