Green Ocean Property Management has been pretty solid overall. Communication is usually quick, and when I’ve had questions or needed clarification, someone got back to me without much hassle. Maintenance requests were handled on a reasonable timeline—nothing crazy fast, but not ignored either. What I appreciate most is that they’re organized and things don’t feel chaotic like they do with some other management companies. That said, there were a couple moments where I felt follow-ups could’ve been a bit clearer. Still, overall, they’ve been reliable and professional.
