I reached out multiple times to inquire about available retail space in the area—submitted an email request, called three separate times, and left three voicemails. I never received a response. Suspecting I was being ignored, I called again with my caller ID blocked, big surprise they answered within two seconds. However, once I gave them my name, I was immediately “transferred” to the agent responsible for that area, where I was once again sent to voicemail and, unsurprisingly, never heard back. It’s clear they saw my name on the caller ID and email and decided I wasn’t worth a response. Unprofessional and disappointing. Looks like that negative review from 10 years ago still holds true today. As long as your name isn’t like mine (you know exactly what that means) you’ll be fine. Edit:
