JT and the JT Kelly team have been managing my rental property in Mission Hill for 8 years now. They are such outstanding property managers that I had no worries even living overseas. The team and JT handle everything for us from finding great tenants to rent collection and tenant problems plus maintenance. We did a fairly big renovation recently and JT handled everything from finding the contractor and getting quotes to overseeing the project start to finish. Great contractor with wonderful results.
