Affordable and Pet Friendly! Under new management and maintenance teams who are wonderful to deal with. All around pleasant experience so far!

Apartments are outdated, outside wood is termite infested, no dog park, no swimming pool. No lighted parking half of the time. They go up on rent every year without doing any upgrades. Most floors in apartments are caving in. And, no maintenance the first two weeks of the month unless it’s an emergency. No direct deposit, have to pay by check or money order. All complaints are ignored.

Horrible place to live!!!! They show you one Apartment layout, put you in another, and then NEVER repair or replace anything. If you don't live up top at the complex, sleep with the property manager/owner, or are just besties with them, they will let you live in a dump with no qualms about it. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! HORRIBLE PLACE AND THEY LET THE ELDERLY LIVE LIKE THAT THERE TOO, WHICH IS WHAT IT IS GEARED FOR. THE APARTMENT ASSOCIATION SHOULD INVESTIGATE!!!! Elderly abuse and price gouging on the property that has never been repaired a day in it's inception to warrant monthly increases.

Very quiet and all the people that live here are friendly . I've had a great experience. Apartment manager and the owners are pleasant and easy to deal with . Kid and pet friendly .

Disregard the stars. I just have a question for someone who could hopefully help. How much is the rent here? I’m looking for a studio or one-bedroom. Can anyone help? Thank you so much!
