Josh & his team have been absolutely phenomenal to work with. Every member of the team has been quick with responses, thorough in explanations, and patient when clarification is requested. I was a bit nervous meeting with Josh for the first time as this is my first time going through the process of purchasing a home, but from my first interaction with him, I was set at ease. We had a "challenging" situation when it came to getting a mortgage. Definitely a non-standard situation trying to get a loan and all I can say is "well done"!! Josh and his team worked with us every step of the way helping us get to closing!! They communicated constantly and kept us apprised of any changes (or the need for additional documents... of which there were many!) and basically were just a joy to work with.
