When I sold my childhood home to them I made the request to see it when completed and they honored that request. It meant so much to me that they remembered. They are great and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to sell a house, especially if your in a hardship and need to just get out from under the property. Unlike many companies that flip properties they did not take advantage of my situation. They offered more than a fair price for my home. I am grateful to them.
