Windsor Terrace

This place is DISGUSTING and UNSAFE to all humans and animals. There not only is a roach infestation, but a rat and mouse problem too. You bring it up to management and they don’t care. They do “extermination” but it doesn’t do anything. The whole place needs to be shut down for health reasons. We opened our dishwasher and 25 roaches went scurrying out of it. They end up in your fridge, in your toasters- EVERYWHERE!!! You can even seem them crawling in under doors too. They also refuse to give you your security deposit back if you break it early for health and safety reasons! They just like to blame you instead😵‍💫

I hope you are ready for this, my fiancée and i moved in on May 28th and we saw our first roach on June 15th. Spoke to the property manager and she explained it as a one off and due to the size of the complex seeing roaches from time to time was normal. My fiancée immediately was skeptical, but we kept our faith alive. It has been a month since that conversation and the situation has gotten out of control. We are calling the health department because this place in disgusting on levels i have never seen before. Please please please review the pictures below before trying to move in, i really wish someone did this for us. Godspeed. Also hot water is not consistent, but it is included in the rent, it’s not right.
