I had a fantastic tour with Lily! She was very informative and professional. She took her time to answer all my questions. I can’t wait to move in!!
I would not giving any star for this Stone bridge apartment. They charge me an extra $50 for a pet which I never had one in my entire life and been living for 23 years. Been telling to remove the pet charge off my statement but they never did. I been sending them the email but didn’t get a response back. They are unprofessional.
Nobody picks up the phone and when I got there when I told the leasing agent I'd be there by 10am to tour the available apartment she told me about through text, no one was there to show me around. How unprofessional!!!!
The management team takes my request and recommendations seriously. Accommodation are good. I’m happy with my choice to live here.
I had a great experience with the new management staff. They were extremely helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended
