Faith Asset Management LLC

Faith Asset Management has shown itself to be unprofessional, manipulative, and completely lacking in transparency. They take advantage of the elderly and vulnerable while hiding behind the title of ‘management.’ They didn’t help the property my family and I reside in—they damaged it, both financially and structurally. There is no clear communication, no accountability, and members are left in the dark about financials, meeting minutes, and even basic responsibilities. Instead of improving conditions, they’ve only made things worse. I would strongly caution anyone against trusting them to manage a community or property.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star from me but I digress… I’m currently dealing with Faith Asset Management. They are consultants for my co op and in the past 3-4 years, I have witnessed our community being neglected and taken advantage of by this company. They have been unreliable and unprofessional!. They have brought eviction proceedings on members & are currently dragging people to court left and right on false claims of non payment while they hold on to the checks. In my experience they have only shown to be Dishonest people!

I'm not one to usual write reviews but the service rendered under Faith Management was too exemplary not to give praise. In my years living in the Greater Hartford area I've had to deal with many management firms and I have to say that Faith Asset Management has been a delight to work with. They were fair and extremely understanding with me and any situation. They communicated well in addressing any concerns I had unlike other places I've had encounters with. I would highly recommend to any responsible renters/leasers to choose Faith Management. Truley a team of professionals
