Amenities have been steadily reduced. The coffee machine was removed previously, and starting March 1st the business center computers and printer are also being removed. For residents who relied on these facilities, this changes the value proposition of the property. The community is clean and location is good, but potential renters may want to confirm which amenities are currently available.

Application process was very straight forward. Michael Alford assisted me with the process and he was extremely helpful. Their virtual tour will have the agent actually walk into the building with zoom like sofrware so you can see everything in detail in live. They were extremely responsive and transparent in terms of their process. Thank you so much for making my experience so pleasant

Really good apartment with great maintenance. We cane across an issue with our microwave and requested for maintenance. Tech Santos visited and fixed the problem and few other issues. Really happy with the service and immediate response.

We really love living here! It’s such a great community — everyone’s friendly, and the place is always safe and well taken care of. The staff is wonderful and always quick to respond when you need something. The property manager, Kelly, especially deserves a shoutout — they truly care about the residents, and it shows in everything they do. You can tell the whole team takes pride in keeping the property beautiful and making sure people are happy here. Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!

The best place to live! I have been living here for 3 years and I love everything about this Property! Staff is super professional, specially Angie, the Assistant Manager. Maintenance technicians are very nice and quick. I am super happy living here.
