We first dealt with Roger Merchant in 2018 for our home mortgage and that went pretty smoothly. Recently in 2025, I again went back to him for a cash out refinance and that again was handled very professionally. The third time was in Jan'26 for a HELOC and I want to give him 10 stars for this one. He started the loan application late evening on Thursday, and we did our closing on Monday around 6 pm!! there were a few hiccups on the way, and we were sitting at his closing attorney's office, and he was continuously on the phone and his system trying to resolve all the impediments. We finally closed slightly after 6 pm and got the money that Friday!! I just could not believe that, as timing was critical for me.
