I’m not sure how this lending company treats their own clients, but Mark and his staff clearly need to learn how to conduct themselves when dealing with insurance professionals. As a former insurance agent, every time my team received an inquiry from this company, our first reaction was honestly a sigh. This company has a long-standing pattern of being unreasonably demanding with documentation, even after we repeatedly explained that certain processes take time due to underwriting reviews or circumstances outside of our control. Despite these explanations, they consistently act as if everything can and should be produced instantly, often responding with a condescending and dismissive attitude.
