Windsor Pointe Apartments

I’m going into my second year here now and have been content with how things have been. You get what you make it here! I haven’t had anything terrible happen to me in my time here and when issues have come up with small things like my heating management has been pretty decent at addressing the situation in a timely manner. Maintenance is also very sweet and respectful and have even gone out of there way to explain how to care for my heater to prevent issues I was dealing with. They do what they can with what they have to offer. It is a low income complex so expecting perfection isn’t realistic but this place gave me what I needed to get back on my feet and start building towards my next goal & for that I am grateful!

After I submitted my rental application on December 29th, communication completely broke down. Brooke initially sent a generic response and then stopped replying altogether. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received a clear answer — no approval, no denial, no timeline. I paid an application fee and, as a result of the lack of communication, I lost money with no explanation or resolution. This experience was stressful, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional, especially for someone relocating internationally. I strongly advise others to be very cautious before applying.

Visited the homes with a friend, she toured the homes i tagged along. I did love the balcony and the size of the 2 bedroom apartments, once my lease is up I will be applying. I did enjoy the office staff.

I've lived here for a little over a year the entire time I've lived here I haven't had a properly working dryer it takes 5 or more times to dry my laundry. The bathroom vents don't work so bathroom always smell. The main bathroom shower the hot is actually the cold and the cold is actually the hot. Toilet leaks even though it's been fixed and re sealed. Fuses blow sometime when to many things are plugged in. Floors peel up. Blinds for sliding door break easily. There always something going on where cops come out here. Neighbors are noisy and like to get in your business.

Everything in the apartment has been running smoothly and the building is looking much better since cedra became manager. I have lived here 5 years and I love it here
