Windsor Park Apartments

I’ve lived here for a year now. It’s a fresh start for me and my child. It’s a great community great resource great staff. Maintenance comes fast and they have a lot to offer here. I love it here. 10/10 recommend

Hi, I just wanted to say that I am very happy I chose to move In Windsor Park Apartments, the office staff is so amazing. I love the fact that they interact with the community as a family. I love the fact that they always trying to keep the kids doing something positive they work with you wherever need be. I would definitely recommend anyone that’s looking for an apartment to come here. You definitely will feel like you’re at home and will definitely be treated with decency kindness and respect. I look forward to my future here. I wanna say thank you to Miss Tonie and all the staff that’s in the office for creating this wonderful experience.

I have been a resident a for 16 years. I have seen management companies come and go. The current management company that has been around for the past 7 years or so have been the most effective. They work very hard to keep the properties clean. They have structure rules and regulations. They care about the tenants. They have regular calendar activities for the residents that live here. The administration is professional . The neighbors are considerate of each other. There rarely is any problems on the property. The maintenance is very efficient and I am overall very pleased. I've recommended these apartments to several of my friends because of the management and staff.

I love this place I have been living at Windsor Park for not quite a year. But I truly love this place now I wish I would have known about this when I first moved to Indy this place is wonderful I don't have to worry about my packages getting stolen or people being loud none of that it's just peace and quiet the whole community is very nice it's clean and the residents are friendly. The new black appliances are wonderful the upkeep is gorgeous and the office staff is delightful especially Tonie, she is so kind and wonderful. I think I found my little bit of Heaven thank you Windsor Park

I needed to find an apartment for my son with only 2 weeks notice. Angel was incredibly responsive and made me as a Mom moving my first child out to go to school feel like he was moving into a caring community. She is a wealth of information about the area in addition to the apartment complex. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Angel from the first phone call until we signed the lease last week.
