In response to the previous review showing poor condition of the pool and the property we are posting the following videos that can confirm the REAL condition of our pool and surrounding areas. You can see the difference between the fake A.I generated pictures posted previously and our community. We are proud to say Windsor Forest Apartments management keep their standards high and provide the best service and quality possible to all residents. We are also providing in this review the original picture from apartments.com modified with A.I. to defame the property. Regarding the roach infestation, see picture below confirming it belongs to an exterior website not related with Windsor Forest Apartments.

I lived there for a little over a year and a half and I can say it was good. The staff are always friendly and respectful, they do whatever they can to help you! Like every place, there is always a resident or two who does not respect the rules of respecting silence and keeping the laundry rooms and patios in good condition, but the condominium team always tries to keep them as good as possible! I thank everyone on the Windsor team!

From the very first day, Lissette made me feel so welcome. She guided me through the entire apartment application process and apartment tour with such grace, kindness, and professionalism. Her assistance was truly amazing, and thanks to her, I’m now happily moved into my beautiful new home. The rest of the team — Olly and her manager, Lisa, were also absolutely wonderful. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people and carry such positive energy in the office, both in person and over the phone. I decided to move in quite last minute of January and was able to move in the beginning of February, I had help from Ms.Oly who kept in contact with me, walked me through the process of everything, and made everything such a smooth process & for that I am thankful. Although all the staff is nice, the neighborhood is quite nice, everyone is polite, very quiet, & security is here as well

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ I’ve been living at Windsor Forest for almost five years now (going on my fifth year in December 2025), and it’s truly been a great experience overall! From the moment you walk into the leasing office, Hisette and Oly always give such a warm and welcoming vibe , they’re incredibly helpful and even strong enough to handle my heavy packages 😂. Lisa is also amazing because she’s experienced, knowledgeable, and always ready with a solution. You can mention a problem and boom, she has an answer, and things get handled quickly and professionally. The maintenance team deserves a big shoutout too they’re efficient, respectful, and very attentive with their work.
