Florida Dock House

Absolutely fantastic 5 day stay with my husband and 3 kids! Spencer was super responsive and made check in and out a breeze. Views are unreal, pool and spa are lovely, and place was immaculate inside and out. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

What a fantastic stay in Fort Lauderdale! Our host was incredibly responsive from start to finish, which made planning and check-in a breeze. The house itself was sparkling clean and absolutely beautiful. We felt instantly comfortable and right at home. Our host was also very friendly and genuinely helpful, offering great tips and making sure we had everything we needed. The amenities were perfect and truly made the trip special! We loved being on the Intracoastal and fully enjoyed the outdoor features: a clean and perfectly maintained pool, a relaxing Jacuzzi, and the ability to grill out. The indoor and outdoor TVs were a great touch for unwinding. Honestly, everything about this property was perfect. House at Pompano Beach was as described. Had all the amenities we needed and more. Spencer was an amazing host, he responded quickly to any questions that we had regarding anything at the house or the surrounding area.

We had the best trip here the pictures do not do the space justice. It is absolutely stunning and so so peaceful. Spencer was phenomenal with his recommendations, we hired Phil a personal chef, we took a boat out for the day. All the beds were super comfortable and we had a mobile massage service. They were plenty towels and extra cute amenities. But just to sit outside was so relaxing, the pool was warm everything was perfect. This is a must stay for sure!!

Perfect stay! I recommend this property as a perfect house for 6 to 10 guests. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, optional pullouts, fun game room, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing gear, outdoor kitchen and dining table, beautiful pool and hot tub!! Endless fun! Option to rent the boat was fantastic, we had a great ride up the intercoastal to Lake Boca Raton! Spencer is a great host, he happily accommodated our requests for a cooler for the boat and an extra lounge chair for the pool deck! 😃 Location perfect, only 30 minutes from downtown Ft. Lauderdale, and 17 minutes from the beach. Outdoor space was amazing and very clean. We will hopefully be back!. Thank you Spencer!
