Selling a home is a very stressful endeavor and we experienced more than a little trepidation as we began our search for a local realtor to sell our condo in a very competitive down market. Our condo was listed on a Monday, by Sunday we had two full price all cash offers, and by the next day we had a signed contract for the highest price ever in our condo building.
