Windsor Flatirons Apartments

Living here has been great. The landscaping always looks super nice and everyone seems to pick up after their dogs (which is a huge problem we have had with other complexes). The staff and maintenance are always quick to help out and the valet trash service is super reliable and convenient. All of the tenants are quiet, nice and respectful - definitely give this place a shot.

Excellent property! Absolutely loved it! Exterior was inviting, while bursting with comfort and warmth giving it a very at home feel! Lots of in unit and property amenities you would get spoiled having at their fingertips! The only bummer part for me was that I wouldn't be able to make it my home! The original unit I went to see specifically was very nice, roomy, but not quite what I needed and the price was good, however went up before I had much time to think about it. But the unit that took my breath away, I never saw coming and was in total awe of was "THE one!" Until the rate came to light! Unfortunately, it was a tad over what I could be approved for!! I was hoping there could be room for perhaps a longer lease term to bring the rate down within reach. Maybe one day!

I moved into Windsor Flatirons towards the end of September, and it has truly been an incredible experience. The units are spacious and up to date. The leasing staff is knowledgeable and always friendly! Jaslin specifically is always warm and welcoming! And the maintenance team is top tier! They are quick to respond to any service requests and complete to satisfaction! Shout out to Oscar as well! The community and team have made this transition seamless, and it really does feel like home!

I have lived at this community before and am trying to get back into the community. I have severe environmental sensitivites, so finding a unit that works is time consuming and difficult on the staff. I have been working with Jaslin and am very grateful for her patience and positive attitude while working with someone with severe environmental sensitivities. I feel welcome here. Which is very very huge for someone who struggles a ton with finding a safe place to live. Some other apartment communities I have sometimes felt that the leasing agents and managers felt that I was a burden. They did not say it outright, but I could tell by how they communicated with me. I’ve lived in a total of 5 apartments in my life, and Windsor was, hands-down, the best experience I’ve had. Although I’ve only lived here for 6 months, the amenities and location are great. The pool is evidently the nicest pool I’ve seen in any apartment (go see for yourself). The “island” in each home is incomparable. However, what truly sets this place apart is Jaslin (management team) and the maintenance staff. From the day I moved in till now, Jaslin has always been professional, friendly, and quick to resolve any questions / concerns. Maintenance requests were always handled with 24 hours (sometimes in just a few). This was definitely five-star living. Thanks for everything, Windsor!
