Flatirons Park Apartments

I stayed for a little over a year and had no issues. Brittany was very helpful and flexible my entire stay. The maintenance team was also amazing and very responsive. I would 100% stay here again if I didn't want to move back home

Very nice apartment complex. I was happy to be part of this wonderful community. The price matches the quality and is very affordable. Special thanks to Brittani and Mario – they were always responsive and helped with any apartment-related questions. I’m sad I had to move out due to circumstances, but if I had the chance, I would have stayed. Quiet, peaceful, and comfortable place. Thank you guys, it was great!

We lived here for 4 years and it was amazing! The staff made our time here very nice. Brittany is so wonderful and is such a genuine person who truly cares for each tenant and wants the best for them. I knew I could come to her for anything! Mario, Luis, and Sam all worked so hard to maintain the apartment complex. All the staff often stayed late to get things done. Whenever I needed maintenance, it was a smooth process to communicate what I needed and they were quick to fix any issues I had and were open to any suggestions to making the place even better. They are all truly wonderful people. The playground is a nice add-on if you have kids as well as the grass area for kids to play on, and the barbecue grills outside were great to have for summer grilling. Fantastic apartment complex at a reasonable price point for the great location. I lived here for roughly a year and a half, and everything was great. Administration and maintenance were terrific and very accommodating to any needs that may arise, especially when willing to work with them as well. Brittany, Mario, and Luis are phenomenal and do an amazing job all around. The 2 bed, 1 bath apartment was just the right size for me, allowed plenty of room for living, remote work, and recreation. It is an older style apartment, but I never had any issues past the usual maintenance request or apartment living things that come up. Amazing place to live! Location was amazing, right off of 36 and close to several good restaurants and grocery stores. The complex itself is nice and quite and had a relaxed atmosphere. Management was awesome and really met all our needs and always responded in a timely manner. Anyone looking for an apartment would be lucky if they got to live here.
