Customer Reviews
Comfortable apartments with nice amenities and good views. My apartment was comfortable, up to date, and modern. There are plenty of parks and even a lake across the street. The gym and pool are kept relatively clean and were not usually crowded. Free coffee each morning is also a nice added touch. The amenities come at a price, though, with hidden costs, including valet trash service, a share of overhead utility costs, parking fees, etc. Those with electric cars are allowed to plug in their cars wherever they park, increasing power costs for everyone else. Handicap spaces were not respected. The daily cleaning crew and the postal service used the handicap spaces daily. Overall, I enjoyed my time here.
Overall, I enjoyed my time living at fusion! It was a great place to live for a little over a year. The biggest pros: 1) Very big windows with lots of natural light. Similarly, a lot of the apartments have very good views (3/4 have views of either the mountains, golf course, or lake) - which was extremely rare when it came to looking for other apartments. 2) Peaceful setting - tucked away a bit from a lot of the big apartment complexes/hotels, but still close to things. Extremely well insulated apartments; noise was never an issue 3) Maintenance was very responsive - Chris is great at his job and a wonderful addition to the team! The biggest cons: 1) I didn’t love my floor plan - I didn’t realize signing the lease that it was an ADA apartment and had a few things like the microwave not m
Mixed Experience at Fusion 355 – Stunning Views but Room for Improvement Fusion 355 has a lot going for it, starting with the incredible location and breathtaking views, which are truly the highlight of living here. The office staff is generally responsive and helpful, which I really appreciated during my time here. However, there were some challenges that made my experience less than ideal. The “smart features” that come with the apartment were often non-functional, and resolving the issues was a hassle. After multiple calls and much frustration, a technician was finally sent, but even then, new problems arose. Unfortunately, this made the additional fees for these features feel unfair. Trash pickup was also inconsistent, and the hallways occasionally had unpleasant odors, which the of
Do not move here. First of all, packages get stolen even though it's a locked building. Second, the trash valet has different hours in the lease vs the actual pickup and then you get fined for keeping it out. Third, USPS packages get delivered to the leasing office and they don't let you know. I went to the office to get my packages in September and they said they didn't have it even though tracking said it had been delivered. They gave it to me 2 months LATER! My garbage disposal breaks every time I'm out of town - not normal! I got a formal noise complaint, but again, I am never home and live completely alone and then they wanted to come INSIDE my apartment without 24 hour notice because of this complaint - nope - that's not normal either. The garage door is always broken and then they e
We love this place and can’t say good enough of the guys at the office - they are super responsive and they care about this community. Lived here for just over a year now, the location is great, you are 15 from Boulder and the mountains, and 20 from Denver. The amenities are awesome, the team works hard to upkeep them. Your money goes a lot further than any other complex around the north Denver area.
