This picture is the essence of Windsor Cresant. When there is management, which there hasn’t been for at least two years, it is a revolving door. Maintenance request go unfulfilled. The neighborhood is absolutely filthy, garbage, and dog feces everywhere. The homes themselves are nice and spacious. Just pray your Appliances don’t breakdown because no one’s going to fix them within a few months to a year.

I been calling this place and they don't answer there phone and also leave a message and don't call back. My sister did a application and gave $200.00 they don't call back when she leaves a message .and nobody in the office

I just moved recently, the place is really clean and is located in a perfect area, I can not complain about the location and the neighborhood. I suggest you if you are in desperate need to having a place the administration management is terrible, they don't care about you, so you may start your process and wait for a year, the price is decent, the lady from the office at Jackson Elizabeth is the best, so kind and patient, always attending phone calls and giving you hope for you to don't give up because the wait was terrible, but the one from Toms River office (LEH) she is such an animal. never pick up phone calls if you go to the office she is so mean and never open the door I was lucky because some one from maintenance was there. My cousin lives there, while the apartments are decent and it’s an income based rental development, everything else about the place is kinda lacking to be honest. Need something fixed, be prepared to wait forever to never get it fixed. You’re told there are no on site maintenance men even when there is. Garbage and leaves just blow all over the place and guess what. If you have an apartment by any of the wood lines be prepared to pick up your own leaves because they will be blocking your doorway to no end I don’t know what type of landscape company they hired to cut the grass and edge, but they definitely do a poor job and the grounds aren’t cleaned as much as they should be the garbage picked up even the tenants of the other apartments load the recyclable bins with blankets, baby, diapers

This is the best place to live. My husband and I have been living here for four yrs and some change. The guys in the office Malissa and John has phenomenal. Always willing to listen to your complain.
