The Ponds at Jackson Twenty-One

The manager Jaclyn is no help! I have photo and video evidence of the complex sprinkler system and staff damaging my car. I present it to the office and somehow they think they’re not liable for the damage is done to my vehicle because of that I had to come out of pocket to fix their wrongdoings, and there was no type of compensation they wanted to give me for the troubles. I asked to speak to someone higher than her and I got ignored multiple times. Overall, there’s other issues with this place that never get fixed. I would NOT recommend anyone here

We have been a new resident of The Ponds @Jackson 21 for 2 months now & my family, we all love living here! Being able to live in an affordable apartment home with modern amenities & good quality craftsmanship is awesome! Our lifestyle changed because of loss of employment & reduced salary, but we are so grateful that we did not have to settle for poor quality housing. The amenities are wonderful! Where can you exercise in a gym for free or lounge around in a clubhouse watching TV, read or use the computers for free. You have a half basketball court & Tot Lot for your children. It's a place where everyone has something they can do when you want to stay close to home, without getting in a car & driving. Beware! The Walter group company had me apply assuming I'd be a candidate and pay the $50 app fee two times(totaling $100) & was not approved. This company discriminates and is by no means an equal opportunity residence for voucher tenants. I do not recommend you waste your time.

I have been here 5yrs and I'm very satisfied. Staff is wonderful & diligent of taking care of the property, changing filters, and quickly responds to any issues concerning a unit. This is a friendly community & I Love it.

Brand new apts. Great looking.. Some low income. But beautiful inside and out. Staff was very down to earth built by Walter's builders
