Gardens at Jackson 21

If you want an apartment that smells like rotting fish, water pipes that burst and flood your living room, and a management that ignores your complaints, you’ve found your dream apartment! If not, I suggest you keep looking because that is what the Gardens at Jackson 21 offers.

AWFUL experience. My car was parked on the street at this complex and was hit and run at 4am. Car was completely smashed in. There are 3 cameras on the building, only to find out per the office they they are not working and havent been working in a while. Cameras there just for show. Not a safe environment at all. a complete joke of management

I just went for a tour and the person was very unprofessional and rude. This is the second tour I scheduled and the people look like they are always mad for some reason and they tell you if you have a pet is kind of they never going to be available for you. She said this is not a PET FRIENDLY community. I thought the first time the lady was just having a bad day but the second time it was even worse. Horrible experience nobody wants to be part of a community like that. Bad experience 👎

rent is insanely expensive but the apartments are really beautiful. we only lasted one year and the moment we left, a lot of our neighbors left for better apartments too..... also, if you love shopping online, delivery drivers (especially amazon) will always drop off packages at the wrong place because GPS systems don't really direct anyone to the right address number so that was annoying living there... if you want to pay extra for the amenities, then there's a pool and a gym but no one uses it because it's so expensive

Im glad I'm not the only person who thinks the leasing office lady is rude. Why would you hire someone like that to be the first contact with customers?
