Hello I have been a resident for almost 2 years this coming September. The last manager of the property was good. We have no working door Bells since the 90s maybe only a few work some of the residents leave there trash by the back door sometimes homeless people get inside the building cause people don't close the doors. The wips system they uses so we can pay rent is a joke now. I was never late on my rent until now. You calls the corporate office they really don't care or calls you back.it was a bedbug problem I don't know if it still a thing here. It just been a headache. The new manager don't care they got them working with two properties when you should be focus on one.

Windsor Court Apartment management is very unprofessional literally when you need help like a handyman nobody's never there even the manager is never there I would not recommend anybody to come over here seriously like they say they will help you with something and then they will never help you don't believe me ask anybody that lives there

The property looks clean and well maintained but even though my name was picked from the lottery I can't get anyone to call me back.

Was Amazed with the interior, looks very spacious and has a beautiful kitchen. LOVED the cabinets.
