If you want the WORST experience, then come on down. You will love how dysfunctional and negligent the establishment is. Mold? Hell yeah, we'll just pretend it's not there. Laundry room? The machines MIGHT work, it's only an amenity afterall. Less income revision so you can pay rent? If it's not making us more money, then why should we? Communication? Didn't hear you. Management change? Multiple times a year because of how demanding this place is. Old wiring and equipment? If it ain't broke, why fix it? So, please do come down so we can make your life a constant hell! Edit: Wear a tear? More like the property manager is going to lie about what happened entirely and HUD will do nothing about it. This place is a joke.
I lived at these apartments years ago. I loved my apartment and my neighbors.
